These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and netpkr ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the netpkr online casino, sportsbook, and all related services. By creating an account and using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every clause of this Agreement without reservation.

All netpkr accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There are no hidden currency conversion fees. Minimum deposit via EasyPaisa or JazzCash is Rs 200.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one business day for EasyPaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 2–3 business days. netpkr reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal.

netpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file. These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative and legally binding text.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on netpkr. This requirement is strictly enforced through mandatory CNIC-based identity verification at the time of account registration. netpkr will not process any withdrawal from an account that has not completed CNIC verification regardless of balance size.
Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended and permanently closed. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to the depositing payment method. Each individual, identified by their CNIC, is permitted to hold exactly one netpkr Account. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether using different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. netpkr will close duplicate accounts without warning, void any associated balances and winnings, and may report the matter to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
netpkr may require full KYC verification at any time, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal request; when the cumulative deposit exceeds Rs 50,000 within a 30-day period; when account activity triggers an automated risk flag; or at the absolute discretion of the netpkr compliance team. KYC documents typically requested include a clear photograph of your CNIC (both sides), a selfie with the CNIC, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. netpkr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number. You must notify netpkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
netpkr will never contact you by email, SMS, or phone to ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to netpkr support immediately.
netpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice if: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity; (b) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (c) the Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months; or (d) the Player requests self-exclusion under clause 11.3 of this Agreement.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive calendar months. Inactive accounts will be charged an administrative fee of Rs 100 per month after the 12-month threshold. This fee will be deducted from the available Real Money Balance. Players will be notified by email 30 days before the inactive account fee commences. If the balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. Players may reactivate an inactive Account at any time by logging in and completing an identity re-verification step.
netpkr accepts deposits via the following methods:
The minimum deposit is Rs 200. The maximum single deposit is subject to the payment method limits and your account tier. netpkr does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own charges. netpkr is not responsible for any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources — whether from another individual's EasyPaisa account, a shared bank account, or any other source not in the Player's own name — are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned to the source, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
EasyPaisa and JazzCash deposits credit to your netpkr balance in real time under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
All Accounts on netpkr are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). netpkr does not apply currency conversion fees. The balance displayed in your Account is the exact PKR amount available for wagering or withdrawal.
Withdrawals may only be requested from accounts that have completed KYC verification. You may initiate a withdrawal at any time provided: (a) your Real Money Balance equals or exceeds the minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500; (b) all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled or the bonus has been forfeited; and (c) there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account.
netpkr may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rs 25,000. You are required to respond to KYC requests within 14 calendar days. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, to the extent technically possible. netpkr does not process withdrawals to bank accounts or mobile wallets that are not registered in the Player's verified name.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers issued by netpkr are subject to these general terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus balance and associated winnings become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and poker variants typically contribute between 10% and 25%. Certain games may be entirely excluded from bonus play and are listed in the specific promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.
Where a bonus applies to sports betting activity, qualifying wagers must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) per selection unless stated otherwise. Each-way bets, system bets, and cashed-out wagers count at the percentage of the stake actually settled, not the full stake.

Suspected bonus abuse may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings and permanent account closure.

In the event of a software malfunction, communications error, or any other technical fault that causes a game to produce an erroneous result, netpkr reserves the right to void any affected rounds and return stakes to the Player's balance. netpkr will not honour bets or winnings that are the result of a technical error, regardless of whether the error appeared to benefit the Player.
netpkr reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion, and to limit maximum stake sizes on individual markets. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding. In-play bets are subject to a brief delay during which the acceptance is confirmed.
All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). Where a result is delayed or subject to official review, netpkr will hold settlement until the governing body confirms the official outcome. netpkr's settlement decision, once applied, is final absent a demonstrable clerical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on netpkr and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
netpkr reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account suspected of engaging in prohibited activities, retain all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities without prior notice to the Player.
All content on the netpkr platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of netpkr or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; use the netpkr name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without written permission; or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

netpkr will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with: (a) payment processors necessary to complete transactions; (b) KYC verification service providers; (c) fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering systems; and (d) regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, netpkr's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
netpkr shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of business, or consequential loss of any kind; (b) service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond netpkr's reasonable control including internet outages, telecommunications failures, acts of God, or regulatory orders; (c) any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security in accordance with clause 4.1; (d) any loss arising from technical malfunctions where stakes have been returned in accordance with clause 8.2.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude netpkr's liability for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
In the first instance, disputes should be submitted to the netpkr customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a dispute involves a game outcome, round data, or bet settlement, please include your bet or round reference number and the date and time of the event in question.
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of the informal resolution process, you may escalate the matter in writing to the netpkr compliance team. The compliance team will conduct an independent review and issue a final decision within 15 business days.
Once the compliance team's final decision has been issued, it is binding on both parties absent manifest error. Manifest errors may be raised within 7 calendar days of the decision being issued.
netpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Player rights or obligations, netpkr will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered on the Player's Account before the amendment takes effect.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, and updates to payment method lists — may take effect immediately upon publication. The most current version of this Agreement is always accessible at netpkr.com/terms-conditions and carries the effective date at the top of the document.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any Real Money Balance before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulatory standards and the principles of general contract law. The parties agree that any dispute not resolved through the process described in clause 14 shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause limits netpkr's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in cases involving fraud, intellectual property infringement, or breach of confidentiality obligations.
